Delivery in Orange County Areas: We offer same day Local Delivery! (About 5 miles radius)
We hand deliver up to 40 miles Radius in all Orange County Area. Delivery Timeframe (ASAP or specified time depends on the size of the order). Info via text only - customer will receive text message when the order is on the way and will receive a confirmation Text/Email once its delivered. If you need to order last minute or have any questions please contact us at (714) 343-2729 and we will do our best to get your order out ASAP.
Domestic (US) Shipping: The normal processing time for orders is 24-48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). We’ve got you covered with fast shipping methods to ensure we meet your date and time through our delivery partners at FedEx, UPS and USPS. Rates may vary based on your order size, timeframe and location in order to provide you with the best delivery experience. Next-day (overnight) shipping is available if ordered before 1 PM PST (3 PM EST).
International Shipping: If you or your recipient live outside the United States, we also got you covered for wherever you or they may be. We work with delivery partners such as DHL, FedEx, and USPS to make sure you and/or your loved one receive their beautiful roses within a reasonable timeframe. Care Instructions
DO NOT Water the roses!
AVOID direct exposure to sunlight.
Keep the arrangement in a room-temperature environment.
If dust collects after a few months, remove it lightly using a duster.
DO NOT place anything onto the roses as they can crush and damage the roses.
DO NOT remove the roses from the box; they are secure and happy there.
DO NOT allow roses to have direct contact with light colored fabric or surfaces, as staining may occur.
The lid is meant to stay on the side or bottom of the box.
Be mindful when carrying the arrangement: it's a very delicate product!
Fresh Roses Care Instructions:
Roses should be placed in a clean vase with lukewarm water and flower food. Remove any leaves that fall under the waterline, these leaves can rot and cause the roses to wilt. Trim the stems again after a few days to expose fresh stems and place them back into the vase with fresh water.
Please ensure that you take care of your rose bear as follows:
Please do not water the rose bear. If a rose falls off, please use super glue to put it back together. Use a gentle brush to remove any dust or dirt from the rose bear. Avoid the rose bear from being directly exposed to sunlight, strong air-conditioning, fans or vents.
This will ensure that the roses will last a lifetime and will preserve its beauty throughout the ages.
